Charlotte rioters throw rocks at cars from overpass

I check every frigging bridge all my life we already had a block come through twice in a semi.

Watch out for little rock, 440 river bridge south bank east bound, kids throw rocks at you pretty good from behind the final concrete barrier approach to it.

 

The stoners back in highschool used to toss rocks over the bank, onto the road below the school. More than once someone would end up with a smashed car. The bank was like 70 feet high. Even to this day I will usually drive the long way around if I need to go past there.

 

Throwing rocks have gotten drivers killed. The last one I know of, a brick passed through the drivers side, slammed into driver's chin and nose destroying the lower Jaw and losing the bulk of the teeth as well as impacting on the trachea. It killed that one. Slowly. I treat it as deadly force.

If people want to be that stupid to stand on a bridge and toss stones... then someone is liable to return fire or get up on that bridge and mow em down.

I understand from this morning 70% of all arresties are out of state criminals coming to Charlotte. I can go along with that idea.

 

Well, they're proving a point, but not the one they think they're proving.

 

I live 30 miles north of CLT, and have been on a West coast turn while all of this has unfolded. I've instructed my little wife to NOT be prey. If you have no out.. MOW EM DOWN. We'll have our day in court. No sympathy for rioters. Protesting is fine.

If you're wearing a mask to hide your identity, that tells a lot about your intentions.

A photo taken by witness obtained by NBC affiliate WCNC appears to show a gun lying near Scott on the ground.



I have to wait for more info . It might be a gun . Might be a lot of things.

 

All that video proved is that he was shot. It does not show any hard evidence of what lead up to it.
