    Thank you sir, always a good help. On another note, I have an orientation date with mcelroy if I want it. Schuster will hire me but they dont know their training schedule. Haven't heard anything back from superior yet.

    I'd go with Schuster or Superior over McElroy. Being off every weekend won't pay the bills unless you just want to be off every weekend with McElroy. It's not a bad company; I just like to run harder that they do.
