That's what I remember as well. I did check CA, but they are ambiguous. They talk of traction devices, but not socks specifically.

Pilot on 20 in Dallas TX. Thanks to a super awesome load from a glass place in Waco, I made it here and had to stop for the day with less than 300 mi.

Going to WI, and going to see if I can set a record tomorrow. Edwardsville OC is 666 miles away.

God willing (That's not a very good number), you'll make it. I recall doing 667 with elogs on a eastbound run stopping in Salina, KS. The truck was governed at 61 with cruise, 58 without.

Before elogs, many years ago, driving a brand new ungoverned Mack doing LTL, I once ran 6700 in 7 days. Crazy, I know.

Was at the pilot in Evansdale Iowa last night. Now I'm home for the next two days.

And I had my 30 day evaluation yesterday morning for new drivers and passed with flying colors. Woohoo!

You're not going to make it unless you can average 61 mph. Best I've ever done is 630, running interstates the while way. You've got all those stoplights on US whatever running up to Big Cabin. My bet is you'll get to the Pilot Road Ranger just west of Rolla (st Joe's maybe?).

I've done the Eville to Dallas OC so its possible if the moon is right. My longest was a semi-legitimate 646, but that was b4 they changed the QC parameters

I'm in a wayside near Rock Springs,WY. Big thanks to CS today for having my drop and hook really be a live load at a P&G. 5 hours to load 30 pallets of paper towels.... I could have hand jacketed that crap in under an hour. So I told them there Critical Load will arrive Monday. Good Day
