ok, so today comming up 81n into NY the lights are flashing *flash* " All CMV's Must Stop " *flash*
flatbed right in front of me, continued on 81n and did not pull in.... what makes him " exempt " from entering the D.O.T insp site??? and how comecome the NYST sitting on the midian didnt go after him??
he had nothing on his trailer i wonder if empty flatbeds dont have to stop???

Doesn't matter if he was empty....he should have pulled in. The trooper may have gotten info from his plates and will turn that in to DOT and they will send him a citation in the mail.
