When suing for unpaid wages what are the recommended steps?

If you get a judgment against them the won't pay it, so move on.

 

Hard to say. I'm no expert on the law but its hard to prove who exactly sent that message. I mean my old lady could text people with my phone and the receivers would never know she sent them and not me.

 

The issue isn't an agreement for lost wages. It proving someone who was suppose to pay you cash and didn't. Now if the OP has texts about them not paying him he may have something. Getting the texts into court without an attorney is also going to be tough. That can fall up under here say and not admissible.

Last thing is if they own trucks they also probably can get their hands on an attorney that will just drag it out and break you.


My disclaimer; I am hopped up on pain meds for my broken jaw.

 

Good deal now before setting up a proceeding find out what hoops you need to jump through to get them in.

Now my personal opinion is to just let it go and move on of it isn't enough to get an attorney over.

Well remember the Rock and rye treatment for 2 nights well didn't work and turns out I have had pnuemonia for the last few weeks. Friday morning I was walking through the kitchen and it all caught up with me and I passed out. Busted my chin wide open on the kitchen counter and then a dead drop on the side of my head. Came away with stitches, broke. Jaw and a concousion.
