Actually got the best news this morning... the truck is ready for me to move in... originally they were gonna have me deliver late morning tomorrow, then have the rest of the day switching all the stuff, then they decided to just have me finish out today hammering it into the yard, switch out, deliver the load, then head north to pick up heading west... looks like I'm gonna get my excercise tonite!! Lol

 

Wow...., amazing how much extra crap I can accumulate in 3 months. Got moved in, of course getting a bit side-tracked at times checking out all the doodads and gizmos on this thing. Guess I'll finish my delivery and pick up the next run headed west, and see how this auto shift runs through the mountains.

Now doing my first pickup with this truck.... wound up having to do an 8 hour split due to my delivery appointment this morning. The ishift works great though I'll admit it takes a bit of getting used to.. I keep reaching for a clutch pedal that's no longer there.

Love the stereo system in this thing as well. Did a bit more poking around in here and found it even has a factory sub-woofer... I guess that explains why the guitars and double - kick drums were shaking the cab a bit!

 

My mom's have picked up I'll definitely be in the clear for the mileage bonus and fuel bonus at a load out of California headed to Massachusetts and I hate those ctw transport loads are always messed up
