K&B transportation. An honest review

Dave is a real trucker, he listened to both sides and made the call to join K&B. This is his honest experience so far and nothing bad other than the micromanagement which is kinda understandable given that he's new to the K&B system. I'm certain that he'll eventually get used to it will be happy in the end. Your duty as a fellow driver was to encourage him and not jump to conclusions. I guess some people enjoy the bad more than the good about every situation.

 

K&B has the reputation they do because of the garbage that they pull...

 

First go online and check your local craiglist and then big cities close by and then houston, chicago and minneapolis posts. Im sure you ll find a lot of options. Im out of houston when i was a company driver, i found my last job from minnesota and averaged around $1600 doing dry van. No micro managing, no sleep 2 hours here 2 hours there. Like i said before you need to research a lot.
And for the kb, they have a high turn over rate, so its impossible for them to get to know drivers and with the tight schedule they have, they kinda have to micro manage. If you stay there long enough and make your deliveries on time and prove that you are man for the job, i believe that micromanaging will stop.
