I slip seat, so I'm in a new truck every week. So far every truck I've been in was rev limited to about 1100rpm in 1st-3rd, 4th-9th gear rev limited to 1300rpm.

Weird. Mine gives off a warning if I rev it past 2500, but that's about it
-
I asked Schneider for full maintenance records. My mechanic checked out their trucks too and passed them.
I am very scared about purchasing a 2011-2012 emissions truck -
So you did the dyno, the ecm dump and other things too?
-
No none of that. Can't take the truck off their log
-
Who was the Cascadia used by before? I'd be leaning towards that Glider. I love my Series 60 motor.
-
Cascadia used by TransX
Will be checking out some more Cascadia next week. Less milage and less price. DD15 -
If the engine is rev limited at 1300rpm, that is abuse. Lugging the engine is harder on it than running at max rpm.
-
Bump!
Both the ECM reports on the reports look good. Looked at another Cascadia from Penske which is selling for $10,000 less then the Glider.
Still can't make my mind on which one to go for. -
. How the hell do you climb a hill with that???
