Double brokering say it ain't so.. company who hauled it is on the hook
Then broker 2 who rebrokered it is really jammed as well. Trying explain to broker one how that ld got rebroked.. hope they all get jammed up for this crap...thejackal Thanks this. -
Sorry I'm new here.I took a load and delivered it to the office for storage over the weekend and the forklift guys dropped the pallets.Are they going to come after me?Who's insurance are they going to claim?

It's my companies warehouse people.I just don't want to be liable.My boss already charged me a bunch of money because I was 15 minutes later for a delivery appointment.I hope he doesnt pin it on me.Just got off the phone with dispatch they said they will try to go after broker because they're not supposed to be double brokering can they do that?

A fine for 15 minutes late? Only one time!!!!!

Just one time Im usually always checked in at least an hour before my appointment.One time Im late they charge me $500 bucks.Now Idont know if they'll be trying to charge me for this or are they lying telling me they're going after broker because he wasn't supposed to broker it out to us in the first place.
