I posted about QC under bad companies. QC has bought most of their affiliates. I have nothing good to say about them.

I've been with QC for 8 years.
First of all O/O's are paid 62% of line haul.
They do not pay by the mile.
Secondly, anyone pulling a load for a 1$ a mile will fail in this business.
Idiots who think they are o/o's pulling for a dollar a mile are part of what's wrong with the industry.
I won't even get out of bed for something like that. (yes, 25 years ago, back in the 90's it was good money.
It costs an average of. 77 cents a mile to operate your truck excluding fuel. That 77 cents a mile covers plates, permits, tires, pm's, unexpected break downs, ect.
So that would leave you with a gross profit of. 23cents a mile.
Good luck pulling freight for a buck a mile, you deserve to fail in this business with that plan.
JUST SAY NO TO CHEAP FREIGHT.
