    Hi all..
Thought some of you guys could tell me what the lenght from the front bumper to the 5th wheel is on COE and Conventional models in US (list with what kind of cabin also)?

I´m trying to figure out which American trucks fit European regulations.
In short Semis total lenghts are 54ft from bumper to bumper and from the trailer "pin" (?) to the middle of the trailer axles the lenght is allowed to be 26.5ft max.
The overhang of the trailer in the front is 5.5 ft from the trailer "pin"
Total tonnes for a Semi is 44.
The other regulations is my problem (Brakes, side window material and lights)
So what is there that measures max 180" from front bumper to Kingpin?

The front overhang of the European trailers is your first problem. The usual overhang here is around 3 feet or shorter. It would be possible with a "longer" wheelbase and a short sleeper. There are a lots of different specifications available.
You won't be pulling a 13.6m trailer. You'd be too long for European regs.
    Trucks run 12 V systems.
The air system is different to the european trucks.
I think it's not reasonable to make the transition.

There is a user on this forum, his name is 'pabloua'.
I hope I got his name right. He might know more about it, he seems to have done a transition.

    Things are not so easy

US truck needs some mods to meet EU regulations.

    1, EU lamps
    2. Lug covers on front wheels
3/ Emission recertification (EPA to Euro)
    4. fifth weel position
    5. Lenth problems, I had to get oversize permit for some countries.
    6. Tachograph installation
7 55 MPH speed limit (I fit switch, becouse in Ukraine I can leglly run faster)
