I know the first thing that will be mentioned is get out of FL. I'm working on that but stuck here for now.
Like many other in here lately I'm in the process to buy my own truck. I have located and been approved for a 2004 columbia day cab but have not signed for it yet. The company i was planning to go with currently does not have the work for me they did when I started the process.
Looking for local florida work. Have experience in reefer, dry, flat, end dump (frame and framless) and walking floor. Will haul anything as long as i get home daily. I've called about 15 of the aggregate companies in the area that I can think of but not much luck so far. Slow time of year i guess.
Located in north east lake county.
Local FL companies.

Trying to get away from foodservice. Currently with Dominos...

type "florida trucking companies" into google search engine, a map should pop up, click on it, If you zoom in and out, and move the map around, you get different companies to pop up (based on what you can see on the map I think). Hope this helps some.

Maybe you could check with some of the citrus companies and see if they've got work for you. One of my neighbors when I lived there hauled local for Oakley, but I think they're company drivers only.

Gonna throw TMS Logistics out there. Run same lanes sometimes as the company drivers they all seem happy.. trailers say they hire owner ops so I'd give them a call. I believe they operate out of Brooksville. Not sure though

Look around for precast companies see who they are using. Most use o/o or companies that lease on o/o.
