Just looked at the radar... ####!

 

No scales near Gatorade, then? My Trucker's Path suggests that the closest one is ~70 miles away. Guess I'll find out if I'm overweight sooner or later.

 

SB 95 heading to Miami. It's been a little chaotic so far. I am almost to SC/NC border but I have been sitting for a almost an hour. I am guessing more downed trees.

 

Pretty soon we will be getting the following message on the QC;

"Severe Hurricane is hitting the Greater Richmond area... we are all going home to be safe with our families... don't come to the Yard as it's flooded and besides, no one is here anyway.... oh, ya... you be safe too... I guess"

 

Or use that good old reverse psych;

"I hate this freaking Gatorade Loop... please don't EVER send me on these loads again... EVER!"

Well, my 10 is up and time to head into the storm... dropping a load of hangers at the yard.

My truck is needing a good bath anyway... I think a Cat 1 hurricane should knock off a few of the bugs left over from the fall.
