B&B Trucking has been on my list of possible employers for awhile now.
Thing that bugs me is they seem to always be hiring & I thought someone here might be able to shead some light as to why that might be. Are they just not hiring the right people? Do they treat the drivers poorly? If anyone has driven for them in the past and can provide good honest constructive information, please post here so I can weigh it into helping me decide on what I want to do in the next year.

I have not driven for them. But on a couple of different occasions I have spoken to a guys who used to work for them. What they had to say wasn't completely horrible but wasn't very flattering either. Typical stuff really. They yell if you speed but they give you dispatches which which the computer says can be done in 14 hours (even though they can't in the real world) and they yell if you don't get it done. From what I can tell, its not the worst company to work for but its also far from the best. I'm pretty happy where I'm at so I have no desire to look into them further.
FWIW, I work out of Battle Creek and I believe my company is still looking for a few people. Send me a pm if you want some info. -

The thing with mail is it's not as static as people assume. Runs are always changing or maybe they take on new runs. We're always looking for drivers due to changes.
Then you get guys who think they want the same thing everyday when they're hired on and after a short time decide it's not for them. Really the Postal business isn't much different than any other freight when it comes to drivers.Sho Nuff Thanks this. -
Do you hire drivers as a mail contractor?
-
I do. In fact I'm working on filling runs for a new addition to an existing contract and to replace a retiring driver.
