    What paper.

    Pretty sure if it was prescribed to you you can get a new paper or copy of the prescription without a problem

    They sent me home w a paper that said what they treated me for and gave me at the hospital.iam gonna try and get a copy tomorrow

    The bottle containing the prescription meds should have a label printed with the patients name, the doctors name, the pharmacy name, the name of the medication, the dosage instructions, the date prescribed, the expiration date, refills(if applicable), and the prescription ID#.
    I really think that's all the proof you may need.
