Well, seeing as Hub group is out of OakBrook and started in Chicago, I would certainly hope so!!!!4noReason Thanks this. -
Depends on what you want to do. Kiswani seems to have happy O/O. Personally, I think HUB pays to low.

Anyone know about container port group? I live close to Columbus Ohio. Talked to a recruiter said anything 101-250 miles out is 1.36/mile loaded, & .92/empty plus fsc. That average for intermodal on the mileage side? The shorter run paid better but the waiting & swapping loads several times a day I'd rather do 1 run. Ideally @ least put in 400 miles a day.

intermodal wasn't working in the nyc area anymore just shut down my truck and took a job as a yard jockey at 25 dollars an hour
Bean Jr., BostonTanker, Tim_1326 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Tim_1326 Thanks this.

too much competition and prices are bad, luckily for me I worked for girbert express for a few weeks as a owner operator and helping the yard jockeys and they offered a full time position and I took it I still have the "owner operator" status so nobody messes with me
BostonTanker, Tim_1326 and 77fib77 Thank this.
