    Rate as in premiums? What i posted is the same for single and family except the max out of pocket cost. Single is $1k family is $2k.
    Both are free when it comes to premiums.
    That's for UPS small package.
    From what I hear it's different for you freight guys. I hear you guys have the option between a free plan that has a higher deductible, co pay and out of pocket. And a plan you pay weekly premiums for which is slightly better than our plan.
