Does Fedex custom critical pay as O/O tractor trailer

I recently applied for FedEx CC as an o/o tractor trailer I'm a bit nervous because I haven't seen any drivers to talk to about the company. Any one out there have any info on them and what they pay I'm not sure if I should just go on what the recruiter say

Ask FedexCC if you can see the contract and you will have your answer. Glossy magazine ads with vague great looking fleet averages and recruiter pitches are worthless nothingness.
