Question regarding TWIC card and hospital records

So will I get denied then? 4 years ago I got involuntarily committed for 72 hours. I was 19 at the time and really depressed and I asked for help at my job. (didn't realize the impact it would do in my future) Now I just got a new job as a Trucker and one of the requirements is getting a Twic card. I don't have a criminal history or anything like that but will I get denied??

 

I was 19 and depressed at the time and I reached out for help at my place of employment at the time and I ended up having to go for 5 days. ( I didn't realize the impact it would have in the future otherwise I never would have said anything). But I just got a job as a Trucker and I've had to go through so much training these past 3 months and the last step is getting my Twic card which I have to do in the morning. Will I get denied?? I don't have a criminal history either.

 

Who cares. You have a CDL now and go to many other companies that do not require a TWIC card.

 

I don't think you'll get denied. You'll be fine. If I can get one you should be able to as well.

 

I guess just for a hold... there should be no problem because if there IS a problem that hold would turn into insitutional custody.

Did you have to get a waiver?

 

Also, I put no on the questionnaire they have online. Do I have to tell them or no? I was under the Impression i didn't have to tell anyone that asked

 

No waiver and no, you don't have to tell them.

 

Update. I got an Email saying my Twic Card is being mailed to my home. Thanks for all the response's everyone.
