There has to be an inspection for anything to show up on csa. Your point about warnings is true but only if an inspection was done.
Got a written warning, what now?

I bow to your advice then. My experience on the issue was different.
-
Don't see anything in handbook about traffic stops or tickets or warnings so I'll just play by ear
-
No inspection sheet, no CSA.

Never under any circumstances go 15 over the speed limit. I believe you can lose your license in some states let alone your job
The government and its many states, counties, and local municipalities dont all handle things the same. For example i was going 63 in a 45 in oklahoma and got a ticket but the town let me pay an extra fee and the ticket didnt go on my record. I had been on the road for about 3 months at the time and got extremely lucky -
If the Police officer did not do a DOT inspection, then they're no CSA points.

You asked three questions. The answers are Nothing, No and No. A warning not associated with a MCSAP/CVSA/DOT officers inspection listing the violations on an Inspection report means nothing. If however you get a warning with said inspection your going to have a CSA driver history. Either way in all honesty your in the clear. Drivers worry about CSA more then Carters has little pills.Last edited: Oct 18, 2016

You didn't get an inspection. Also, I'm assuming you drove by the 45mph sign and were about to start slowing down and got pulled, just be careful with that. You lose seconds by slowing down earlier, those seconds won't add up to what a ticket will cost you ever.
If it were me in that same exact situation, I wouldn't mention anything to anyone. If company found out, I'd immediately tell them everything along with a "I had no idea I had to report warnings that didn't have an inspection done, sorry, won't happen again" (being new actually helps here).
Keep your mouth shut, apologize if it comes to it and stop being in such a hurry. You'll be fine.25(2)+2 Thanks this. -
This is the correct answer

One more thing for you rookies. This warning subject is full of Myths.Don't believe anything you hear other then what a warning is, nothing to worry about.
