Ah Propane.

There are three installations near me that take Propane by semi and railcar. tens of thousands of gallons of the stuff.

If they ever detonate on fumes, I'll be in the sky long ere you get there on the low road. =) Kaboom.

We managed to drain all of that propane in our area when everyone got hit with the famous 2000 ice storm that wrecked the state. Our gennie ran 3 weeks straight.

 

All I can say is stay warm and hopefully the neghborhoods are not v tight and crazy.

50 stops in one day i am getting winded just thinking about that. That's a lot of fuel how far is your route from the farm? Avg drop 200 to 300 gallons? Or those small 150s

 

What's your tank capacity?

 

I am surprised they still have under ground fuel tanks. In the mid 90s we had to put in above ground tanks at the family store (Northern Maine) to keep everyone happy.

I remember the stinky fuel oil smell in the basements of old stacked rock foundations of the old NE houses, I figured they would make you have to do containment tanks and be a PIA

 

Paperwork. Ugh. Ive had a half inch file on every load to turn in with those courier folders requiring two to turn into those trip express boxes instead of one at times.

If you really want a joy, try being in billing, Catching people who cannot pay the 1400 dollar fuel bill you delivered last week.
