K&B have we been mislead by lazy drivers?

Wow, so because someone has a good first week, you are so convinced that the company is so bad, that you can see no other option than they are making this all up?

Every driver story I have heard in a diary like this, has ups and downs, and the ones who only tell the bad, usually are leaving a lot out, both the good, and their own shortcomings that make it worse.

But after just a week, with such an annoyingly upbeat and Trusting driver like this, to attack him as a fake, a plant to try to get drivers there, says a LOT more about you than about him.

I mean, you are making it sound worse than Swift! *gasp!

Im against all those mega carriers. I have been with kb, im talking thru experience. While i was there, i have talked to many of their drivers. Couldnt find a happy one. And here comes bakari and paul, they are happy. So hard to believe. Bakari always defends for every shameful thing that kb does.
All im saying is there is a lot of better ones. Look at the abe's video. They are ready to step on you. People are saying he shouldnt accept it at the beginning but you cant say no. You ll get fired pretty soon. Either they need to make it easier on the drivers or pay more for it.
#Also look into empire express, they used to be amazing(Pay and treatment side). Its been a while so i dont know how they are doing.
#If you are fit driver and have more than 2 years experience, look into car haulers. As a company driver you would make over $100K.
#If you have some money saved, get your own authority. Ooida membership will help you a lot in the process. When buying a truck pull up the ecm records, look at the gallons and mileage. Anything under 6.2 is not good.
Im not here to bad mouth companies, i only speak with the experience. And i will not stop stand against companies who slave their drivers. Anyway i said it was my last mssg on the last one. But im tired of hearing these opinions which put drivers in this predicament in the first place.

 

I don't know about you but many people can't sleep during the day after they just slept all night... K&B does not care whether you get your sleep or not they play dirty and they could care less about you the driver... There is a reason why they have the reputation that they didn't have and have very very little favorable reviews about the company

 

You would be hard pressed in any refrigerator company to not find times where you have sat too long and not sat long enough. Produce and meat houses don't care about a truckers sleep. It is a nature of the beast. Elog makes it worse on paper you just get some sleep an "adjust" the books
