    For the CAT Scale ...
    Register with Weigh My Truck
Begin by setting up an account at www.weighmytruck.com. Provide the email address you want your electronic CAT Scale tickets to go to, enter your truck identification and select a payment method in order to save time every time you weigh. Current accepted payment methods are: PayPal, EFS and Comdata.

    Download the App
Download the app through Google Play and the Apple App Store and login on your smartphone. You will only have to login one time to sync the app to your account.

    Drive onto a CAT Scale
Open the app on your smartphone and you'll be asked to confirm the CAT Scale location. If your device doesn't allow location services or there are multiple CAT Scale at your location you will be asked to enter the CAT Scale number found on the intercom sign.

    Confirm your truck identification
Confirm the stored truck identification displayed on your smartphone.

    Watch your mobile device
Receive your guaranteed weight on screen after the weighmaster has checked to make sure that your truck is correctly positioned on the platforms. A PDF copy of your CAT Scale weigh ticket will be emailed to you and anyone else you have specified in your account. A hard copy CAT Scale ticket is available.

For the Pilot app, just open it and follow the step by step instructions. ;)

    Both are pretty straight forward...

CAT you must first go online to set up your account then set up the App to tie to your newly created account. Actual scaling is very straight forward ... you will love not having to park and go inside to find out if you must slide your tandems... you can easily scale, slide, rescale, and then go get both tickets, if you even want to do that. After you submit the info via App, it will give you a six digit code to enter into the pump and that's it.

PFJ is all within the App... add your EFS Card details and your PFJ Rewards Card... the first time you buy fuel you will update a few fields... many like Truck and ID stay the same each time so you only need to change the Trailer Number, Mileage, and Load Number prior to each additional fueling.

Its pretty straightforward but if you do need any help, please feel free to call me.

I don't think I will try that app. My kids like getting the truck cards from the scale tickets.

You can still go in and get the actual printed ticket, even by using the app

Kind of defeats the purpose of using the app.

I find they come in handy to shroud the hazard flasher button so it doesnt reflect off the windshield at night when crawling uphill.

I have enough now though so am I moving one step closer to fully embracing my inner truck driver laziness.

Not really. I'm saying you can go inside to get the ticket. You don't have to though. It's emailed to you. It's your choice.
