As an FYI for those looking at our little slice of heaven - as a solo driver you can expect an average of 2500 - 3300 miles per week. You do the math.Lonesome and MidWest_MacDaddy Thank this. -
You'll probably pass a buddy of mine on the way. He was at the 39 in NM last night waiting on a swap. He's in 1677. He said this is the strangest trip out west he's ever had. He took a CA load out of Richmond, dropped it in WM. Picked up another CA load there, is swapping it with a team there at the 39, and getting a different CA load that has more time on it. -
My pay does gave trainer pay in it, doing the math it breaks down, YTD this way, 55k solo, 18k trainer pay. I'm done training until after February. Based on that I'll make 83k this year, 65k solo and 18k trainer pay. And because of the training insanity, that's why my wife and I disappear three weeks out of the year.Last edited: Nov 1, 2016
Lonesome, RebelChick, chralb and 2 others Thank this. -
I'm surprised I haven't been swapped out yet, I'll be 18 hours early on this load.

Sitting here three hours from WM where a PM has my name on it... and either a 34 or continue rolling on recaps for a bit longer.
