I was referring to the ad. It is only 2 years until you can go interstate and you may have 5o maybe haul dirt etc for someone else first. As a matter of fact it might be better to learn on their csa score rather than your own

100% true about progressive, called them today
also got a quote from them for a 21 years old my driver who got cdl 4 month ago,
they want $24.000 a year compare to previous driver $11.500, i just can't afford him

Good luck man, shop around and spend some time doing a research.

    isaitrujillo8 Thanks this.

Ooida did not want to insurance me and my father when we were new entrants. Both clean licenses , plenty of years of experience. Been members for 3-4 years at the time. Still no help, but when they want donations they are quick to call

Here in CA you will only be able to go Intrastate......insurance is available from open markets, as well as the CAARP. We are a branch office of a major carrier, and we do/could offer coverage with a A++ market, however because of your age and lack of experience and assuming you have a clear mvr record we'd want right at $ 19,268 for $ 1,000,000 CSL & $ 60,000 UM/UIM.......it would only go up from there if MVR is not clear etc

Progressive, as I understand, is closed to new entrants to get a liability/cargo insurance (if you want to run under your own numbers). But they should be open to new entrants for a bobtail and physical damage policy. There is plenty agents, try to google and you would find them.
