My 3 Options CRST,SRT, US Express

I drove for CRST for 4 months. When I left in 2010, they were a team only company. I couldnt sleep in a moving truck, so Ive been solo and much happier. Pay depends on how much the truck hauls. I was paid 22cpm and so was the other driver. The weekly pay per driver was based on the logbook. Who drove the most got paid the most. I dont understand yr "contract" question.
Avoid them. They are a joke of a company.

 

When I was with USA and was wanting to move to another company, I contacted other Marten drivers.Everyone has their gripes, but I spoke to one old driver. I asked him what he thought of Marten, he calmly said, Ive been with them 21 years. Thats all I needed to here. USA Truck and Marten are both great companies in my opinion.

 

They let you run solo now after the contract period is over, if you request it.
Do what you have to do to get the career started; it's not a lifetime contract.
