Clark out of Columbia is a good company. Your problem is that you are asking for a lot. Hometime with no experience means you are really looking for local work. That would require you to go to work for Home Depot or something like that. Your endorsements would be good if you had experience but without it and wanting hometime, I don't know what to tell you. Truthfully, you need to pay your dues before you will find what you are looking for.

No luck with those recommended on your other thread?
    Western Dairy Transport
    Girton Propane Service
Old Dominion Freight Line - line haul drop & hook
    Veriha Trucking - home weekends
Sygma Network - food service/hard manual labor/good paychecks
    Ozark Motor Lines
Tyson Foods - has local and OTR and hires new cdl grads
All the above hire new cdl grads.

HEB ... the retail giant here in Texas takes care of their drivers ... I actually work for HEB and applied to one of their truck trainee positions in San Antonio .. I have always heard truckers for HEB do well but so any of y'all know anymore about the other and benefits ?

You might be able to establish a line between McKesson and KC or similar via distribution. You get your load in Memphis an run out your 70 hour work week, reloading scrap cardboard to be bailed back to Memphis. All no touch, if you did touch it, you will learn moving one pallet with 150K worth of small tiny vials of irreplacable substances that cannot and must not carelessly be falling down to crack or break on that floor. The only other trait you want is ability to idenify Predators like Zebras and Gazelles do and avoid same. That and a very closed mouth. Saying you got a million dose of oxycotin or similar that is extremely controlled is going to forfiet your life as the massed zombies charge your rig.

You could also consider a roofing supply company. Usually off weekends and home every night. Can be hard manual labor at times. Just another option for you to think about. Best of luck to you.
