Logic tells me If they are still doing this than the Labor dept. must be allowing it When I met current drivers I was told about some other stuff they do like Blackball drivers so they're forced to go back to Wayne sell also placing abandonments on DAC reports falsely Which of course is also illegal It is crazy how a small company can get away with this #### Overall I just don't want anyone else getting Screwed over like I did the drivers working there are ignorant to believe Wayne Sell is Hauling Frac Sand For Halliburton 60 miles for $300 when I ran the same pads 2 months ago for $800 a load my company didn't lose the contract do to being under bid they Lost it because they Didn't meet The promise of Trucks if anything Wayne Sell is making More Not Less Halliburton Went knocking on there door Because There Fracs Were at a standstill waiting On Sand They paid me $75 dollars per load I've been hauling Sand For a little over a year Now but I still find it hard to believe these drivers believe this companies Lies Oh well I guess I'm off to Find a Good Company Good Luck to all

It isn't Wayne Sells, its the PA Dept of Labor. I've tried to go through them on a couple of occasions about pay issues, and they have been useless every time. PA Dept of Labor says its a police matter, police say it's a Labor issue. Its just a general run around until you give up and go away, thus saving everyone from actually doing their jobs.

There are a few decent flatbed outfits in the Sarver/Butler area that are worth a look. I hear a lot of good things from the Ronald Gross drivers. PI&I has a somewhat decent rep, especially if you are looking for a regular (if low) paycheck. Klapec will keep you busy, but from what I hear pay stays around $500/wk. take home. And there are some other small carriers out here.

Well I appreciate the Info I've got ahold of a Lawyer his interest is to start a Class action suit with all of the Drivers going back 3 years which could be a million bucks or more if they have 157 drivers and there stealing 35,000 from all each year it adds up so I'll give them one last chance to give me what they owe or I'll give him there info and be the first to sign on but I just want what's mine so I can move on If they choose not to pay me than I cannot walk away I'd rather Die than Let someone Steal what I busted my ### to Earn it's my principles that won't let me walk away These Companies are the core Reason Trucking has gone so far down Hill and there's So few Good companies who aren't in business just to Screw everyone and make money that's the companies I Love to work for but because of Wayne Sell and others those good Few are dwindling I'm gonna check out those places though thanks again ! Stay Safe !

Rates have been in the toilet since December 2014. Not too surprised.

We have drivers who have been working since the 1970s, 80's, 90's and later.
The core group of our drivers are excellent and are in there 40's and 50's. This group of drivers works hard and have been making Wayne W Sell Corp a great place to work. If you don't wan't to work, you won't make money, that's the fact of the matter.
I have seen guys taken care of when their needs have arrived just to have them crush Wayne W Sell Corporation by someone who has no respect for themselves, the equipment or the company.

One of our drivers statement: "This new generation tries harder to get out of work rather than do work. They want to start at the top rather than work their way up over time. The senior guys get new trucks and newer equipment. We gave 6 new Mack trucks out to the older guys, because they deserve it. My 401 K is great and I will be ok come retirement in a few years. This is a good company to work for."

I have seen a difference in past practices and want these drivers and this company to succeed. I hate to see good drivers leave. I have been here three years and will continue to work for this company as long as I can. I will remain loyal to this company, who is looking out for all of us and our families.

And we have to stand up to these Company trolls who only work here a few weeks then quit then cry.

I never bought into that concept. "the senior guys get new trucks and newer equipment". "because they deserve it". So if I'm just starting there, I get POS equipment to use and try to make money with? And the way it sounds, I'll never get to be a senior guy, I'll always get the garbage hand me down truck, with 800,000+ miles on it, previously used by a chain cigar smoker.

Find it rather amusing that the original OP of this Thread has the same Avatar as yesterdays 1st time Poster!?!?

Maybe @MACK E-6 would like to see where these Posts originate

That avatar is the WW Sells logo. And yes, Wayne definitely cares more about his horsies than he does about his drivers safety.
