Stay away from Crazy Horse Oilfield or Crazy Horse express

Hey folks, be aware of Mr. McClintock. The other fella who mentionned Ian is a compulsive liar is totally right. In order to save the face, he promised to pay me if I'd get back on here and write that he had paid me, which I agreed to in order to get my money. Guess what, he kept giving me the runaround, and I haven't got a penny out of the 6700ish he owes me and a buddy of mine who also drove for him. He only replied through emails, so I believe he doesn't have the balls to face what he's done in a manly way.

He's currently getting his cash flow from a factoring company in Ontario called Accutrac. I know these guys love to hear from former employees who got screwed out of their hard-earned money. Give em a shout and tell them your story dealing with Ian McClintock. The more they know, the better.

You can also reach Loadlink (Transcore), which is the dispatch software he's using to get his loads. They tend to be short-fused with companies who don't pay their drivers.

Anyhow, we've filled a collection lawsuit (Civil Claim Form CTS 1461) against him in Alberta Provincial Court on November 14th, 2016 (at the Cochrane Court) in order to get the money he owes us. I'm reaching out to the other folks who worked for him and didn't get paid, if you wanna join in, send me an email with your contact infos and amount owed, at kmessier.kmt@hotmail.ca . Our lawyers will contact you and send you the proper paperworks to fill out. Legal costs are on us, so you won't have to spend another penny on this thief.

And hopefully, Mr. McClintock will figure out what 'what goes around comes around' trully means.

I don't see any reason to bother a innocent load board or factoring company.

And if your lawyer is any kind of lawyer at all and not a complete tool, they wold eat you for breakfast for even posting this.

 

I know both companies personally, as we worked with them in the past, and they don't like to deal with companies that engage in fraud and drivers' paycheck manipulation. They can be held liable in cases taken to Court.

As for our lawyers, we've been working with them for years now, and they know how to do their job. They got us our money back most of the cases we've hired them for, just as this one. I wouldn't post on here without talking with them first. The thing is, they're dealing with our case as a whole, so no matter if there's only us as plaintiffs or a couple more, they charge us the same. So we want to reach out to other former employees to give them a chance to get their money as well. Not everyone can afford a lawyer. I've been in business long enough to know you don't let fellow drivers down when you can lend a hand.

 

Your lawyers are bafoons if they signed off on you suggesting people try to disrupt this companies business. If they lose revenue due to acusations you make publicly and they are sound not guilty, prepare to file bankruptcy the next day and get a new lawyer.

Your making it sound like your a successful company with good lawyers but the fact you work for a small company like crazy horse and are making false statements about your legal advice paints a different story.

I'm not trying to start a Internet argument here but use your head and don't do stupid ####. Your acting out of emotion and that will lose court cases.

 

And I don't care how well you know the load board. If they dropped every company that had a disgruntled employee, they'd have no business anymore.

 

Not trying to act like my **** doesn't stink here folks. I do not pretend my business is successful either, what I'm saying here is we've dealt with other companies that tried to get away without paying us, and our lawyers usually do good in Court against them, since we keep track and proof of everything we do.

We're only on here trying to help other drivers get their dues. There is no false statement here, and we only wanna make sure Mr. McClintock isn't going to screw other people over and over again. I did mention on one of my other posts that I hate talking down people publicly, but this has to be said out loud in order for people to be aware of that company.

 

Wow!wow!wow!wow! So bad at picking places to work that you have a lawyer on retainer to go after them! Wow! Work so long without pay that someone owes you 3G ! Wow!

 

What's your point fella? Sounds like we're in presence of Mr-Always-Right here maybe. Most companies worth being called a company usually have lawyers. Things don't always go rainbows and butterflies. We had customers whom owed more than 24k on a single contract. Anyway, I strongly suggest you give Crazy Horse a try and see for yourself. Who amI to judge eh?
