Who will hire under CRST contract? Driving team with a partner that can't shift or break smoothly and wakes you up every single day even for easy straight back is wearing on me. I'm not sleeping well at all. Yet when I drive my partner sleeps because I can handle my job without issues.

Ask for a new co-driver. You could put yourself and other motorists at risk if you're not getting the rest you need.

Maybe you havnt seen the types of people Crst hires. Anyway the question was above not to be answered questioning my driving integrity.

I think there's good and bad drivers at most companies however CRST does seem to have a reputation for more bad then good. And I wasn't questioning your integrity.

Will they let you go solo.wouldnt think a contract with crst would stop you from getting a job.but I take it that your a new driver that might make it hard.and your still be responsible for balance of money owed.I would really try to finish contract.

See if you can coach him on how to drive smooth, at least till you can make a change. I had to do that with my old co-driver.

They rope people in with those contracts. If you Google, they have sued JB Hunt and I think a few other big companies for interfering with a contract as they hired drivers still under contract. We hire them; we aren't big enough for them to come after and besides really the contract is between you and them not any other company and CRST. In my opinion, especially if you are not making money, you are better off moving on to a more lucrative company and work out a payment plan. You'd obviously pay it back quicker if you are making more money.

    Good luck to you.

    Pepper24 Thanks this.
