Yes they suck expect to go into debt

 

If you like negative checks low checks 1 load a week while they hire others who get more loads then barlow is for you. Don't if you have a family home and bills you'll slowly loose everything

 

So very true. I worked there for exactly 90 days and never made a check past the first 2 weeks. Governed trucks and stretched out loads plus elogs will have u owing them EVERY week. Equipment is fairly new but thats about it. Half of the fleet is living out of the truck for $100/wk cuz that's the advance they give u. 95% of their freight goes from KC/St Joseph, Mo area to the east coast but it's like 12-1500 mi for 4 days and ur next load ALWAYS delivers just after payroll cutoff and it's an unchangeable appointment. This company is the joke of the industry for real. DO NOT EVEN APPLY IF U WANNA MAKE ANY MONEY DRIVING A TRUCK !!!!

 

Don't go to them if u expect to get paid for driving. Don't listen to the recruiter Phil. He's jus there to put u in a truck. The company don't care bout u. They jus want u on the hook for the note for a truck u will NEVER own unless u jus happen to have $25-30k laying around. U won't make any money there past the first 2wks. Been in this industry over 30yrs and they are the worst by far I've ever seen. Office staff is trained very well to 'soft shoe' u and keep u calm so u don't #### nobody up. Other than that u won't make a check. And that's REAL talk....! Nice newer equipment and excellent safety rating tho....

 

wow that sucks I run with some of there lease drivers they seem to do good they dont cry get loads deliver keep the door shut they make ok money witha three yr note
