it was my first trip to Gordonsville.......right as I'm rolling in, I see an IC rolling out with a Walmart trailer and I was like, WTF??
I don't know........honestly, sometimes it seems like there's different rules for different folks. I'd entertain the idea of a dedicated run......jus sayin'

Uh, how about looking at what you're paying, equipment you provide, and the silly policies you have?

Nah, there's just a driver shortage.

 

I'm sure it's temporary until they get past the holidays. I'm sure long term they aren't planning on IC's doing dedicated, but who knows. It changes by the week.

 

According to Walmart..they can't keep drivers on the account...they keep quiting...

Who knows...there were 3 ic's there..2 parked and 1 coming in with Wal-Mart trl . .

 

That account has always had IC's...I worked there back in 08, hell it's two guys still there with the same truck from 8 years ago. I thought US Xpress came in and took over but it must of been short lived, not a bad account, just start times keep changing...
