If they do have dedicated drivers back doing dedicated accounts, color me pissed. I know the Home Depot account we were all kicked off of is down by HALF of the company trucks they had. Keep dragging in OTR drivers to cover their shortage. Saw one of the loads on the board the other day, however, knowing what it was. Dedicated loads are showing up on the Choice board. Hell, I've run Home Depot now on Choice, when I wasn't allowed to do so as a Dedicated IC anymore. Getting rid of us on the dedicated accounts was about "liability" but...who knows. We were "all" supposedly put on Choice as of March 30th this year.

 

A dedicated choice position will probably be opened to cover these accounts.

Last week my load home was a dedicated Home Depot store delivery.

Paid good too!

 

yep......have hauled some out of McCalla.......pays dang good, but I think they cull out the 'problem' stores for the IC's to handle......just seems like some stores have you in and out in about an hour or so, and some others keep you for 4 or 5 hours. But, yeah, pays good and are usually pretty light.
