Yup then when we roll over them it's our fault but they play games...I will never risk my life to save someone else's.. meaning I'll never turn truck over or swerve trying to avoid stupidity.. Anybody I can get to listen I always stress to them these trucks are not toys and you will never win under no circumstances

Well another cs screw up...been sending eta's all day about running behind for this preloaded pu...get there and customer tells me that they called sni and asked when i will be expected here . ..they go ahead and reschedule pu for tomorrow without notifying anyone whatsover even icr looked and saw the comments but never received an email from cs.....i raised so much hell with sni that customer went ahead and gave me the bills...sni tried to use the excuse that its the customers who are changing things w/o notifying anyone . .i told them thats bs...cs is going to screw these accounts and furthermore will screw us...I've had enough of it...

 

They do that to me all the time. I just assumed it was cause I am so good looking.

 

I seen Walmart trucks pulling Walmart trailers.

It definitely isn't BS, with schneider i pick and choose my battles. Sometimes its not worth it thats just the way i see it, you can't really just say No when its their trailer, i could have fought it and probably dragged it out for another hour but whats the point? I still would have had to drop it, lol.

 

I did try, it wasn't like i just gave up right away, like i said it just feels like with schneider there is no reasoning and there is definitely not a "thats not fair" argument worth getting into. its been my experience anyways. Afterall it is their trailer, technically they could do that and not give 2 ####s, i just didn't expect them to get that slimy lol
