6th child dies after Chattanooga bus crash; NTSB says bus not on designated route

The school in question, Woodmore Elementary, is in an urban area. The majority of the students are black and low to low-middle income. It's historically one of the lowest-performing schools in the Hamilton County school system.

Yessir, I couldn't agree more. The sharks are circling the pool. Unfortunately, 6 children are dead and regardless of trials, jailings or anything else, they will still be dead. This is a tragedy and a failure attributable to almost every official, from the school administration to the company that is contracted to provide bus services for the district. I hate it.
