O/O looking for team driver $1400-$1800 a week

Hello,
O/O with Kenworth T680.
Work is Van, mostly long haul drop/hook and open window appointments.
Pay is percentage of revenue to the truck which amounts to ballpark range of $1400-$1800 for each full work week.
Hiring area is for the most part anywhere I35 and east.
I do the do the dispatching which means I avoid booking loads into really bad weather and I will get you home when you want to given proper notice.
Non smoker here but I don't mind if you smoke. 34 hour resets are done in a hotel.
Hometime is negotiable but min 2 weeks out.
Only one main requirement of 1+ year OTR experience within the past 3 years.

While operating as a team the driver will receive 17% of gross revenue.
Truck averages between $8300- $10,600 roughly under team operation.
Under times truck operates Solo driver will receive 27% of gross.
Truck averages between $4,500-$5500 a week solo.

Job is for team position but when/if driver wants to continue working while I take time off they will be paid at the solo rate.

Each load the driver will have access to view what the load pays.

If driver prefers mileage pay that can be arranged but I feel percentage is more fair.

Would consider someone west of I35 as well depending on the area.
