Im in northeast pennsylvania between allentown and pocono mountains looking for a company that im home on weekends and running dedicated lane to texas, or the midwest.
Home life prevents me from going back OTR and regional sucks cause its mainly jersey and long island driving. Local dont pay enough.
Looking to be home weekends and run to modwest or texas. Seems almost impossible to find...
Looking for dedicated NE Pa to midwest/Texas

Unfortunately most trucking companies dont book freight to satisfy drivers preferences but customer needs.
Good luck -

Chinatown Thanks this. -
Veriha Trucking is home weekends, but don't think they run Texas. Maybe they do; call and ask.
One of their terminals is in Milton,PA and you can take the truck home if you want.
They have a guaranteed minimum weekly pay also. Don't know the details of that.Last edited: Nov 26, 2016

Metropolitan runs Texas, or at least they did back in 2014. I think you'd be out slightly longer than 5 days though. If I remember correctly, it was home every other weekend, or at least 7-10 days. I'd call to be sure though, if you're interested.
