If I had a gun to my head...and quite literally you would need to put a gun to my head to choose....I would go Covenant.

But I also think you have to team there..but I could be mistaken

@D LOOK.. what area is the country do you live in and also you have anything that will stop you from going to work at a halfway decent company because those other two are just as bad as Trans Am... I'm sure we can lead you to a better company that treats drivers like they should be treated

After reading this entire post...(very well written by the way) I wouldn't even consider working there. The other 2 you listed aren't any better. Give some details on your situation and someone can point you in a better direction.

Big Don and Broke Down 69 Thank this.

Al I'll say on it is a mans gotta do what a mans gotta do. I had a few issues in my past that limited my options, but four months later I found I had many, many more avenues open to me than I ever thought I would.

They may have threw me in awful equipment
They may have screwed with my money.
They may have fought me on home time.

But I got experience and that's a pretty valuable thing in this industry.

Yessir, you'll definitely be better off. You showed amazing patience through everything. Most would've just quit.

Everybody have different experiences at different companies no matter where you go that company got someone bashing it go and find out for yourself. I tend to ask drivers on the road about companies I hear good about on the forums and lots of them tell me stay where Im at or come to their company just for the referral bonus. It's what you make it not the next man telling his story and no offense to this guy's thread.

@Pete jockey @drvrtech77 @pocketaces Northern Texas area...Non-violent felony from 1991 is limiting my choices. I will have to take the path that Broke Down 69 took, with getting with a company that will give me a chance, and then getting a few months of experience under my belt. I appreciate the advice you guys give me. Thank you. :)
