Thank God. Replacing them with more ethically oriented individuals whom know how to utilize bathrooms instead of urinating in public, will be a welcome change and drastic improvement over what we have devolved to in the past two decades. Bring the future on and let these current wannabe Truck drivers get a job more suited to their social skills like picking up trash and mowing lawns!

I read in an earlier press release that this new truck will be a lease only deal, and will include fuel and maintenance in the 7k a month payment. Whether it really will work that way, who knows.

 

The Nikola One leasing program will include unlimited hydrogen fuel, warranty and scheduled
maintenance during a 72-month term.
Lease payment $5,000.

 

I saw that at Iowa 80. I should have just asked the museum staff to let me get a better look, I could barely see it from the rope line.

There was some interesting innovations on that thing, but I could see why it didn't take off.

I just went over in another thread about how that interior is an afterthought (it's not a deal breaker considering it's a prototype, that would be a cheap fix in the grand scheme of things) but I totally missed that the only door is on the highway side! Good point.

It is interesting Ill give them that. I am wondering that with USX being a training company, has anyone considered when a noobie, or anyone else for that matter jumps the kingpin. If they are backing fast the results could be explosive.

 

as i sit at the shipper out of hrs on elogs, they locked up the doors and went home and cant load me till morn, it would be nice if i could utilize a bathroom. maybe they could come up with a solution for that
