Can somone inform me which cb radio is better ?

your a idiot I drive 15watts dead key into a straight 8 pill with a 300 watt radio all day long .. you do not drop the dead key too nothing like everyone wants to on a straight 8 pill . my radio drives the amp. only 2 2290 pills do you drop the dead key down to practically nothing... my equipment is high dollar high tech 100 percent correct... go away with your broke stupid self....the carrier or dead key is always set at a 4:1 ratio or the radio is not set up correctly... period end of discussion....

the carrier or dead key is what gives you the proper modulation. merry Christmas to you too. ask any real tech and they will tell you it's a 4 to 1 ratio dead key versus total watts the radio does

 

ok then buddy call 3 different well known cb shops and ask them what they set the dead key at on a 497 new Stryker radio... answer will be 25/30 watts. 25 watts is correct at a 4:1 ratio it's a 100 to 110 watt radio. 4 I r f Mosfets are good for 25 to 28 watts apiece do the math

 

and take a linear/amp out of the equation completely... only a low watt radio cobra 29 or a 50 watt general lee or other 50 watt radio take a low dead key with a linear. that's because the amp has 2 2290 pills in it. and the amp pushes the radio. my radio pushes the linear/amp and doesn't have 2290s pushing anything into it...... 15 watts dead key is still a pretty low dead key and it's all that's needed for my radio too push the amp...

 

Texas star class a/b linears take a very very low dead key...

 

I've tried to be as nice as I can, but obviously you can't let something go. How can you take a linear out of the picture when the new radios with linears built in are what we are debating for lack of better words. As far as my spelling, you are clueless as to sarcasm.
