Who said it was an 18 wheeler? It says armored truck. Those are usually 6 or 10 wheels. About the size of a 6500 gmc. So what's that? A duece and a half?

At 1943 degrees Fahrenheit (1062 Celsius), gold is seldom melted. It's far easier to pound it into nuggets as it is very malleable. Most thefts are inside jobs. Nowadays, stealing $1.6 million in midtown Manhattan is almost petty theft, if you look at the prices of condos in the area. You can almost bet that the person who owned that gold is a bigger thief than the person who took it.

I'm calling total setup what kind of armored guard would leave something like that at the very end of the truck with the liftgate down door open I mean either that guard is a total moron or it was pre-planned which I'm sure it was. Years back situation somewhere like this happened on I-75 in Detroit an armored truck was driving down I-75 southbound when all the sudden the back doors to the truck opened up and bags of money just fell out all over the freeway on the hoods of moving vehicles cars locked up their brakes people jump out of their cars and started grabbing money grabbing bags of money and took off they never did recover all the money the news report claimed that some people had returned bags of money into the police department but they never did get all of it back. So that I'm sure was a complete setup

We have a armored truck delivering to walmart twice a week around 10 am each time. They are two or three rifle armed armored gaurds one in truck one in back of truck and one to carry cash. That truck is never left open, when one of them picks up the bag, they close up the truck tight then walk inside.

As a concealed carry I do not like to be around them (Or Bank Couriers who open carry into our Credit Union Tuesday Am) because they are unaware we are packing. But that's ok. If anything happens they are the first to be engaged by the bad guys who will not be seeing me maneuver on them. Thank you Israeli Instructors (Who shall remain unnamed) these thuggies playing at armed robbery have no idea what they are walking into. And really should have stayed home.

Does anyone remember years ago I believe it was in the early 2000s there was that armored guard that works for Loomis there were two guards in the truck and the one guard shot and killed his partner drove the truck to a deserted spot dumped it and took off with millions of dollars they ended up catching the guy but because of that incident now armored companies are supposed to run with three guards at all times I'm sure there were companies that did this before that incident took place but if my memory serves me correct I believe it was because of that one incident that now they have to have three guards in the truck. Does anyone else recall this incident?
