Modern trucking don't pay that bad. It's like every industry, you have good paying gigs and crap paying gigs.

 

Well customs in certain areas dictate that the word "player" be used as a put down if those of a different race, i refrence south la and sw newyork aling with central chicago these area all for the most part populted with one race not accepting those of other races into the whole as being of the same station in life much like the class system of india they are deemed "untouchable" by the whole of that culture

 

And althouh the word hater was used and not player they are usually in conjunction with each other for example "player hater" et al

I put my time in the trades to put myself through school. Towards the end of my office career I was watching the clock waiting for my day to end. Now I wish for my time in my day. My degree is not waste, I learned much about the "professional" setting and don't have any regrets
