De Rated SPN 3055 FMI 15

Driver called me about his 2016 Maxxforce 13 auto has low power. Ran it all day and it now has a cel and low power. He is fully loaded and is heading back to Idaho. He is about 1 hour away his destination. I am here with him right now. O e active code FRP SPN 3055 FMI 15. Did some searching online and found it deals with fuel rail pressure. I have him warming it up to 160 the. I can try some tests with the I tentation software. We have level 1 security access and that is little can do. I found fuel leaks and the water fuel separator is full of fuel. I call Rush truck service in Boise ID and well, they are worthless. Says the code I gave him means nothing to him and there software will read something different. That is a load of crap ad we have the same software they use but a lower security level. I know it can be limp home but hope if anyone has had this before that had not ran to far from international....hehe. This motor is the 2 turbo set up. High pressure abd low pressure.

 

It is a 2016. The motors do look the same. I was heated some and lacked a bit of info. Rush Truck centers 2nd shift Foreman Fred is a pain. Well, it is at the dealer right now. After we got back to Sorrento, I had dispatch red flag the unit. Funny now that the code is not active and shows no code history. It sat for 8 hours till I took it to the dealer. Thank you for the reply. I am used to fuel pump on th DD motors making a cheeping sound before they go out. This had no noise.
