Those are some good checks there coueshunter! I figured some were with bonuses and some hometime on the little checks correct. They'll train us separately or would they train us together? How are the rates on the health insurance?

Yes, here's my "not so secret"

Teams they want to run 20k a month. I run hard till I make my mileage bonus. This ensures me a monthly, quarterly mileage bonus. Also fuel and safety.
Then I go home for 6-8 days. If I made it through home between and spent the day or reset I might take less.
I drive 11 as often as possible. I don't do this stupid 8.75 ####... if I make an appt early by a day from running hard 50% chance tget can get it early. 50% of that I'm near a yard to drop it. So 75% of the time I can be a day ahead of someone cruising along...

You'll be trained separate. Insurance is decent. All insurance sucks these days in my opinion.. dental is a company plan. Not insurance but a reimbursement plan up to $1k per year. Which benefits me better.. teeth cleaning, cavity fill all taken care of and reimbursed up to $1k

OK, pchem10 posted a chart at the bottom of post#166 that gives a solid explanation of their pay system. With Most companies, SOLOS do not generally hit the bonus criteria listed, even with the willingness and determination to do so, due to things out of the driver's control like: length of haul, appts, planners, ect........It would take a very fine tuned system with: lots of drop & hooks, long load lengths, dry freight, good relationship with dispatcher, competent planners, and a willingness to be out a few weeks at a time...........That IS what coueshunter is claiming they are. This is what I've searched for and have never found. And I've tried many companies in that quest. Their SOLO system is weak pay for slackers with it being so heavily bonus weighted. Whereas the bonus system for TEAMS appears to be a piece of cake with very low thresholds. I'd appreciate others evaluating that chart in post#166 and rendering an opinion as well.

Coueshunter, most companies list Team Pay as (cpm split). Such as 50cpm split, 25cpm per driver for all the truck's paid dispatched miles. When DHT is listing the base team pay as 22cpm, that is per driver not split right? Is it 22cpm per driver for all the truck's paid dispatched miles?

12000 miles is cake running solo with DHT. It doesn't take anything extra ordinary to make bonus. I've never missed a bonus nor has 6-7 friends of mine.
20,000 miles is about like running 12000 solo. You can't just double mileage running teams.

I can run 13-14 solo and 23-24 team

Rare to find a company that will work with determined drivers that want to push their 11/14 each day, burn their 70 in 6 or 7 days, reset and repeat. Where do you live Coueshunter? There's a little truckstop @ Wilton Springs, TN(near Newport), I-40 xt 440, would that be OK for hometime parking or do they require it to be at your actual home or a terminal?
