Well there is a few guys still on paper that had mechanical engines. Own made a statement earlier this year that they can stay but one log book ticket or even a written warning and they have two choices, get a truck with an ecm, or go truck with someone else.

 

Sheesh that's too much pressure lol..

 

Ya no kidding. Id just go buy a 12.7 and slap it in. I would hate my life if every day i went to work is be afraid one little simple mistake like forgetting to sign it would get me a pink slip. That's the problem with csa, some extremely minor things are weighted way out of proportion. Its ridiculous that a form and manner violation is even close in points to blatantly violating hos. A clearance lamp worth more points than a non operating brake?! Wtf?

 

Words mean things. Tractor/trailer means exactly that. Laws are not ambiguous because they get beaten if they are.
