Ever had your truck repo'ed?

Bought a used truck in June 2008.its a 2003 with all kinds of Warr inc.had the truk 2 days and it broke down for 15 days.dealer fixed it.leased on to a new company and had to take a driving test.no problem been driving a long time.got out on the interstate crusing along went to get off exit no Brakes. guess i failed it.took 10 more days to fix at dealer.all better now retook road test (passed) took a run to Chicago and back to Florida ran great..got disp for second trip was going over a bridge to trailer and clutch slipping really bad and a sweet smell of burning antifreeze.#### it what now.took it to the dealer and was told to call later that day.when i called them i was told i blew my rear main seal becouse of all the blowby.truck only has 350.000 mi youve got to be kidding me.the plan was I had to pay $1040.00 to change rear seal and while it's apart they would check my clutch for free.now ive had this truck for about 40 days and i have a 60 day 100% warranty inc clutch.and if the blowby blew it out once why not fix that first.4 days go past and still no repair but i get a phone call from the dealer telling me the engine has 30psi blowby and the cylinders are egg shaped what do you want us to do for you.fix the #### thing so i can go to work and this fancy warranty should pay for it..well after much thought and reading freightliner decides to do me the favor and rebuild eng and replace my clutch.now the truck has been down another 32 days.at this point ive spent all my reserve money and am flat broke. call the carrier to say im ready to go and they inform my my contract has been cancled.oh crap... after begging and pleading i get a new contract-10 more days.two more trips truck running great and need to get my plate.company says i need front and back of my title.no problem call diamer chrysler tell them this and they will fax it over todaywell today came and went no fax so i call its on its way.after 3 days and many calls still nothing on the 7th day i get a call to check my fax it's here.5mins later i get a call from diamer pay up or repo. so after making arrangments i call the carrier and get my tag. call disp and get the cold shoulder that was last thursday no dispatch yet.me dispatcher told a friend of mine they believe im making this up and am very undependable or just don't want to work. now i think its to late to recover no work no money i think im having a nervous breakdown.oh and my better half told me i need to find other living arangments if she has to support us after this week.so now to my question, what happens when you get a truck repo'ed? i know they can't eat you but what's the process?any advice or input would be appreciated thanks again

i looked into lemon laws.but not on used trucks

 

called a lawyer today and he said let,em take it wait for a judgement and go Bankrupt. anyone else have this happen?
