Labor department is the way to go. They helped me twice to get money from previous employers. I would suggest everyone to contact your state labor department if you have any issues with your company.

I'm confused. Are you an employee of Crazy Horse or a contracted to Crazy Horse as a lease owner-operator? I suspect the latter and if so, what good is the labor board going to be to you since you're not an employee? Sounds like you need an attorney and haul them into civil court for breech of contract. And hope you can force Crazy Horse to also cover your legal costs upon [hopefully] a finding in your favor

With all the bad reviews about this clown did you really expect it to go good and get paid while working there

 

We are asking him and calling as well for rent that he skipped out on. Owes us over 23000.00!!

 

We are also looking for him, it will become a court case under the Tenant act, skipped out on rent of our yard.

Looking for Ian with Crazy Horse Oilfield Hauling Inc., Skipped out on yard rent in Leduc Industrial park and have never heard from him. He handed us a cheque with of course an account with zero cash. His big excuse of not dealing with us face to face was that he had to run again, his wife was having a baby! Look at his facebook, that baby is over 4 yrs old. So sad that a person has little to no credibility or honesty. Do know a few things, such as personal address, etc.. Won't rest though, he will see us again, now it is a matter of principle. Any information such as storage facility he is at know, etc.. customers, etc.. would help. Thank you
