    OK I'll give you mine:
truck payment 1200 a month with a $35000 loan (15% - first truck buy) = $14000 a year (paid off, no more for me)
    trailer: 580*12= 6960 a year
tires: high usage; average $3600 a year (lots of miles over 120K a year) : steering every year, drives 2 years, trailer 1.5 years
    repairs + oil changes+ truck washes = 15000
insurance: with own authority: physical: 3000 (1 truck + 1 van trailer) a year
cargo + liability: 11 000 a year total: 14 000 a year (my first year with own authority)
if no authority: bobtail liability + physical damage: 3150 a year
    fuel: $ 48,044.83
total (odometer) miles made: 125 570
    fees: IRPA/2290/IFTAs/NM: $ 4,210 (correction)
    accounting, payroll =850
    loadboards: 500 - 1500 ? Depends. I use truckersedge

Probably safely figure .70 a mile after throw in all true costs. Maybe not quite that but #### close. Food, Surprise breakdowns aside from Maint account. Emergency time off. Regular down Time.

Running new equipment, it will land between $1500 and $1850 per week fixed, PLUS the variable cost of labor and fuel. For 2016, that figure would be in the $.75 to $.85 per mile for labor and fuel. So if you run 3000 mi per week, youre looking at $1800 x 52 + $.80 x 52 x 3000 = $218,400.

Would you mind sharing how you arrived at the estimated $1,500-$1,850 per week in fixed costs? That seems high to me. Even assuming $200,000 financed at 10% for 72 months, the monthly payment would only be around $3,705 monthly or $855 weekly ($3,705 x 12 / 52). If you assumed $1,000 per month for insurance and plates that would only be another $230 or so per week. (Those numbers just seem a bit high to me, but I may be missing something.) Thanks
