what is on swifts written test

Some people it get, some in the middle and the just live to flaunt it.

Not a Truck study just a favorite

 

Every trainee should have a study guide. I had some trainees that procrastinated, claimed they didn't have it, but it is there. It's buried in the ream of paperwork they give you.

The written test is common sense, except for the idiocy of the trick questions.

 

I still have my Swift Bible. I don't know why. I've excommunicated myself.

 

That book they gave in orientation , if you filled out then there you go.

 

If you're able to log on to a computer and post a message, you can pass the Swift test.

That being said I had two trainees fail the written test. One was really smart and over thought the answers, then was reasigned to me for an additional 50 hours training.

The other was dumber than a post.

 

Coming from a driver who wrecked his mentors truck lol

 

I thought wrecking his truck was part of the test.
