Never seen a good company

If one isn't getting paid for everything they are doing while working, you should seek another company!

 

You know what's funny. We just found out a report we can run with our TMS and the ones complaining about needing more money or just always complaining are at the bottom end of revenue generated for the company and with another report we found that these were the ones that had more time off. No wonder they had time to complain.

Our top earner who has an impeccable attitude (and to be fair is also a trainer sometimes) is on track to make close to $90,000 this year. No wonder he loves working here so much and I don't say that as a sales pitch; he's just happy as can be every time he enters the office.

Really this year was the first year that several drivers brought in gifts for the office staff. You run their numbers and they are making money and hardly ever complain (though there is certainly plenty to complain about in this industry but they don't take it out on the staff.)

 

Used to hear that all the time from an office genius complaining the ETA estimates I gave him were always way later than what he figured. When he tried getting me in trouble for late deliveries I threw a fit until the higher ups investigated. Turns out he had my average speed set at 65 on a route that was all 2 lane with speed limits 55 or less.

 

Gave one office guy a ear full one night . Called me wanted to know where I was! Let's see you all had me hit Washington DC at 17:00 , no I had not avg.ed 65 mph today. But , you are due here in Jersey in 15 min. Well you come drive this GD truck you -/:;()$&@.,?!',-/ !

 

Sni DBL will assign a so called nice DBL just to keep you long enough to screw you, then you will get a new jerk who will suck your bone merrow for fun.
